Nostalgia

I was looking through our bookshelves today, and found these scribblings on the back of my old copy of Elsa Beskow's The adventures of Petter and Lotte. Roughly, they translate into: My Daddy is Satan. April 12th, 1985. Daddy's birthday. 8 1/2 years old.

I really can't remember. It just reminds me that my temper now is much the same as then. I find it a soothing example of continuity of my existence. It made me laugh really hard, though.

Wow, your daddy already had you on his 8 and a half-year birthday? And you could write then? They start early in your family.

Martin, that sounds pervy in the most creepiest of ways. I must have thought that my age and the date was important, so that I'd remember the significance of whatever event made me so angry with him.
